We are so pleased to begin the process of sharing our 36 years of business with sewers everywhere. We have launched a YouTube Channel, a new pattern division and have plans to add a sewing club before Christmas where we will share one or two live sessions a week answering questions about hat design and creating and sharing sewing tips and techniques.

The patterns for multi piece designs like the Slouchy Fashion Cap will be supported by step by step video tutorials on YouTube. We will share the dimensions of our patterns in the these videos as well so no need to buy the pattern. We will add three head sizes to the patterns however so some sewers may prefer to let us do the work for the nominal charge which will fund the hiring of the computer folks who are helping us out.
We also have a pattern for our Sun Visor Headband which you can make in many fabrics including making the visor from craft foam which makes it perfect for watersports like kayaking and paddleboards!
It's exciting to think about retiring soon but I have always been sad to think that all that I have learned by designing my own hats would be lost forever. This is super exciting to think that my designs will carry on. I might not be able to keep up the physical demands of production sewing but designing hats is my passion and I so look forward to stepping back from production and more into design again.
