Refunds & Exchanges

Full refund policy lasts 30 days after receipt.
Hats can be exchanged for up to 60 days.

Orders that have not been shipped can be fully refunded. 

Cancellation emails should be sent to madcaphats@gmail.com

If you wish to return and be refunded for an item purchased and received, to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please advise us when you post a return so we can watch for it from our end! 

We will process the refund once the package is received.
