Pattern package is delivered in English but it is easy to translate the Instructions and Assembly Read this first page into any language using Google Translate. Choose translate document to create a new PDF file in your language choice. Contact us if you need us to do this for you.

Make sure you set your printer page to print "Actual". This is important to have the right size. There is a 10 cm line and/or a 5 inch line to check your output as well on the pattern sets.  

Choose the printer paper option before adding to cart.  The pattern is avaiable for A4 and Letter paper printers.

Full sewing pattern pieces in four adult head sizes. Small (21.5 or 54-55 cm head circumference), Medium (22.5 inches or 57-58 cm head size), Large (23.5 inches or 60-61 cm) and Extra Large (24.5 inches or 62.5 cm)

There is also an extra set of patterns for Kids or folks with very small heads.  The XXSmall fits children who are 4 - 9 years and XSmall is good for the pre-teen set.

This package also includes a 22-page instruction booklet with over 80 color pictures.  We recommend saving to a device and viewing that way if you wish to save paper and ink but the choice is yours! 

Pattern pieces have been divided into 3 sets of PDFs. One set is for xxSmall (great for kids) and xSmall, another for  Small and Medium and a third for  Large and  XLarge sizes. Pieces are color coded with an outline that can adjust the cut for your seam width. You can save these PDFs and use them over and over again.

The hat uses a medium weight fusible on one side interfacing on both brim pieces and an optional sew in piece on one of the brim pieces to help give extra support. We also use the same for the band. 

We also use a cord and a toggle to adjust the fit, or you can use a shoelace as well.  The inside of the lining has a small length of 1/8" or 3mm wide elastic sewn into the lining at the back.
