The Perfect Hat for Sun, Fun and Rain! Mid size brim looks great on everyone and can be worn turned up to catch the rain or turned down to block more sun! 

The pattern includes the full size pattern pieces and the edge trim for every size.  The hat can be made without the edge trim and finished as a deep bucket hat with a soft edge that can be styled in lots of different ways.

There are a growing number of instructional files for this pattern so we recommend you download everything but only print the files as needed.  The step by step instructions are based on the two videos so watching the videos may be enough to get you started and happily making perfect hats! Same the instruction booklets on your device and refer back to them there. 

There will be tutorial videos for Fall and Winter versions, a tweak for men's and another for trimming and decorating ideas which will be added to the instructions and this listing once available. 

Sizes - There are four size sets in this pattern, based on head circumference.  The Read This First file contains a page with instructions about how to measure head size.  Each size set is  it's own file.  Each piece of the pattern and each size has the size marked on the piece for easier safe keeping.  Small Set - 20.5" or 50 cm head circumference; 21" or 53.5 cm; and 21.5" or 55 cm.  Medium Set - 22" or 56 cm head circumference; 22.5" or 57.5 cm;  and 23" or 58.5 cm.  Large Set - 23.5 " or 60 cm head circumference; 24" or 61 cm; and 24.5" or 62.5 cm.  Extra Large Set - 25" or 63.5 cm head circumference; 25.5" or 65 cm; and 26" or 66 cm.
