Reversible full brim sun hat, or the Holiday Hat, is a big brimmed bucket style hat. This hat is perfect for all your summer adventures and for travel too. Has a broad wide brim that is about 4 inches or 10 cm at the front when finished and about 3 inches or 7.5 cm at the back. Brim is built in a way that makes it easy to shape. Wear it bucket style or turned up at the front or back or turned up at the sides.
Top of the hat is a rounded shape featuring a 6-panel design.
This style of hat is great for travel, convertibles, boating, gardening, sunny walks and sports like golf and hanging around the pool! Great for your craft business too. Customers love that is reversible so it offers lots of opportunity to wear it out in the sunny weather.
Pattern package is delivered in English but it is easy to translate the Instructions and Assembly Read this first page into any language using Google Translate. Choose translate document to create a new PDF file in your language choice. Contact us if you need us to do this for you.
Make sure you set your printer page to print "Actual". This is important to have the right size. There is a 10 cm line to check your output as well on the pattern sets.
Choose the printer paper option before adding to cart. The pattern is avaiable for A4 and Letter paper printers.

Pattern pieces have been divided into 2 sets of PDFs. One set is for Small and Medium sizes and are color coded with an outline that can adjust the cut for your seam width. The other set is for Large and Extra Large and have the same color coding and shadow outline features. You can save these PDFs and use them over and over again.
The hat uses a medium weight fusible on one side interfacing on both brim pieces and an optional sew in piece on one of the brim pieces to help give extra support.
We also use a cord and a toggle to adjust the fit on one side or to become a chinstrap on the reversing side.
You can use this original Mad Cap Hats pattern to make hats for yourself, your family and friends and for your small business. This one is a summer outdoor festival winner! We have been making this hat since 2010 and it was known as the Reversible Sunblocker or the Cottage Hat in our festival booth or store.
The PDF is in full color but choose black and white from printer settings to save ink if required. Save it to your device and refer back to it that way as well.
