Here are the links for your FREE Pattern Pieces for the Classic Men's Flat Cap and for the multi size paid versions.  Even though we called it a "men's flat cap" it truly is unisex and many women love to wear it too. 

Download and save to a device that has a PDF reader.  You will need a PDF reader to print the files.   Please make sure that your printer is set to print at "Actual Size" or "Custom" and then select 100% for your printed output.  If you do not have a PDF program you will need to install one.    "Adobe Reader"  is a FREE program and it can be downloaded here .

There is a free version of the pattern and two choices in multi size full pattern sets that includes written instructions linking back to the step by step video on YouTube, for a nominal fee.  Links for all are below the printer settings guide.

The Free Pattern is 8 pages and will print on either letter size or A4 paper.  The first page is a accuracy line test.  If you page 1 lines measure 5 inches and 10 cm (just one match is perfect) then you have your printer set up correctly to print the files to the size we intended.  The Free set is made of up three pages for the top, 2 pages for the Visor pieces and 2 pages for the side Band panels.  Assemble them so the half circles at the sides of the black boxes join up as illustrated in the photo below.  Paid Pattern sets will look different and more details are on the pattern pages that you can easily reach using the links in larger blue type below the printer guide.

How to Download the Pattern - Setting up your Printer

1.  Make sure you have a PDF reader on your device as the files will automatically open in your default PDF program. If you do not have a PDF program you will need to install one.    "Adobe Reader"  is a FREE program and it can be downloaded here .

2.  Set your printer to print ACTUAL or CUSTOM 100% size in your printer dialogue box like the photo below.  Do NOT have Fit or shrink or fit to page selected.  Only Actual Size or Custom Scale (size) 100% for page size.  Also check page margins in the Page Setup or Advanced tabs for your printer.  Page margins should be set to 0.00 mm
