new for 2023 - Our lovely cotton linen bucket hat is great for everyday use and great for travel. 

Made from a blend of cotton and linen, fully lined with cotton poly broadcloth and the lining has a bit of elastic sewn on the inside at the back of the hat for added comfort and fit.

Buckle can be slid on and off for cleaning the hat and is made from a coconut shell button that we have made into a buckle here in the our studio. Hat and scarf is also make in our studio lakeside in Eastern Ontario, Canada. The scarf is basted on to the hat after it's made so you could remove it if you wish with a skilled eye and seam ripper but it is sewn on so the hat will always look lovely. The scarf blends into the hat color perfectly. 

Top of the hat is lined for extra sun protection and has a flattering rounded shape to remove stress for the seams joining it to the rest of the hat. A comfortable fit with no more puckering.

This hat has a relaxed comfortable fit for an average sized head of 22.5 inches or 57-58 cm.

This hat will be shown in a upcoming YouTube video about how to make a summer bucket hat. She is a beauty! Perfect for the fashionista who may prefer a smaller brim for everyday use like walking and touring wineries, golf, travel.  There will be a sister version with large brim this season too.
